In VELATTI, we create and develop our own designs. Every article is hand crafted and guaranteed for 12 months from the moment of purchase for any manufacturing or hidden faults. This means that for 12 months from the date of purchase, we are responsible for your jewel if it has any problem. Just contact us, and we will find a solution together.

The guarantee does not cover loss, scratches derived from use and faults caused by misuse on the part of the user (such as a bent ring or a broken chain), inadequate use or storage and any modification of the article made by a third party.

Products made with natural materials may present inconsistencies due to natural origin, these will not be considered defects. The guarantee does not cover defects caused by misuse.
