How can I pay? Is it secure?

Wholesale online payments are not available. The wholesale website is exclusively for processing orders. We will contact you to arrange payment method.

There are two modes of payment: By Credit or Debit card. We accept VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and American Express and TT transfer. 

Is there a minimum order?

The first purchase of each season must be at least 800 euros (1,000 US $ for United States). Any other purchase in the season can be for a lower amount.

Where do you send to?

Velatti delivers anywhere in the world via UPS but does not send to PO boxes.

Deliveries outside the European Union are exempt from VAT but will be subject to taxes and import tariffs, which will be payable by the customer, except to United States where prices include all expenses. Products sent to US are landed cost.

How long will it take to get my order?

As we offer more than 700 references, we prepare any order when we receive it. But we need time to create and to assembly the products you have asked for (some linen necklaces need up to 2 hours of hand work, while a ring needs almost no time). The time we need to prepare a complete order depends on the complexity of the order and the quantity of orders received at same time. We can ship a simple order in 24h. but normal schedule in the middle of a campaign is around 10 working days.

How do you send my order?

Orders are usually delivered in the morning, to the address you have confirmed.

I won’t at home at the time of delivery, is there any problem?

There is no problem if you are not at home. In this case, the carrier will contact you to arrange a new date and time for delivery. If you cannot collect the parcel the second time, you will have to go to the designated pick up office.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order has already been dispatched, the address cannot be changed. 

Can you repair an article?

If your piece has suffered damage, you have lost any beads or need it to be repaired, please contact us by or email b2b@velattib2b.com detailing the problem and we will evaluate a possible repair.

Please bear in mind that we cannot repair damage caused by misuse.

Will the product I purchase be the same as what I see in the photos?

The photographs on the Website are real pictures of actual products, but bear in mind that they are high-quality photos that intend to display all the details of each jewel. In some cases, the customer may find differences in products in which the raw materials and their manufacturing processes affect the final result, such as hand-crafted products. Sometimes there may be colour differences, depending on the type and calibration of the monitor you are using to view our Website.

What should I do if I receive a faulty product or an article that is not what I ordered?

Velatti only sells articles in perfect state. In the rare case of an article being faulty or different from what was ordered, please write to b2b@velattib2b.com or if you prefer, phone +34935940111 (Mondays to Fridays - 10:00 - 14:00 h). We will attend to the problem as soon as possible. 

Is my order insured?

All deliveries made by VELATTI are insured against theft or accidental damage at no extra cost to the customer, this insurance is valid until the moment the shipment reaches the customer.

Prices and currencies?

All prices on the website are in Euros and USD.

How can I retrieve my password if I have forgotten it?

If you have forgotten your password, please send us an e-mail to b2b@velattib2b.com and we will answer you with the instructions to follow.

How can I know for sure that my order has been made correctly?

When you have made your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive this, please contact us at b2b@velattib2b.com
