DELIVERY PRICE

Shipping cost for the first orders of the season the season is free. The shipping cost of any other order in the season depends on the amount of the order.

Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands:

• Orders are subject to payment of the 21% IVA

Canary Islands:

• These orders are exempt from VAT (Value Added Tax), if the client has a European Tax number.

European Union:

• These orders will be exempt of VAT (Value Added Tax)

Europa (non-EU): Andorra, Croacia, Islandia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Noruega, Suiza y Turquía

• These orders will be exempt of VAT (Value Added Tax), but they will be subject to customs duties, which will be payable by the customer.

The United States:

• Orders are Landed Cost

OTHER COUNTRIES

• These orders are exempt from VAT (Value Added Tax), but they will be subject to customs duties, which will be payable by the customer.

The delivery companies used are the following, unless the client has a carrier:

• GLS (National deliveries)
• UPS (International deliveries)

VELATTI reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend or cancel the service at any time. The company will also reject purchases that do not pass security controls established in their e-commerce systems and the security systems of the payment managing services on this Portal.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES:

Once the order leaves our offices, the normal delivery time is:

Peninsular Spain and the European Union: 1-2 working days, depending on the destination.

The United States: 1-3 working days, depending on the destination.

The rest of the world: 2-4 working days, depending on the destination.

• VELATTI reserves the right to change the type of delivery and the company transporting the goods, whenever this is not manifestly detrimental for the customer.

• If the costumer is not available at the moment of the delivery, shipping company will try again another day. But if it not posible to the delivery, the extra cost has to be payable by the customer, uness costumer prefers to go immediately to the UPS or GLS office to pick up the order placed.

• All orders sent to counties outside the European Union, as established by customs regulations, as established by customs regulations, include the official invoice stating the value of each article, and the required tariff heading.
